In order to better stimulate employees' passion for work, cultivate positive communication, mutual trust, solidarity and cooperation among employees, and enhance employees' sense of responsibility and belonging, on July 21, 2023, WPL organized an outdoor group building activity with the theme of "Wonderful from hard work, endless innovation". Everyone actively participated and spent a wonderful journey together.
Qingdao is a charming coastal city, with blue skies and white clouds embracing the blue sea and golden sand. In summer, Qingdao is particularly charming, with bright sunshine. Change into light and thin clothes, and enjoy ice cream and lazy afternoons by the seaside. At dusk, on the streets and alleys, come a bottle of beer to savor the unique charm of this ocean city while enjoying a hearty drink. The location of this group building is located in Qingdao, Shandong Province. Let's go and have a beer together!
Our team building activity has set up multiple fun collaboration projects, including beach frisbee, team collaboration puzzle, "Team New Journey", twelve zodiac signs, beach landing, team battle drums, energy transfer．
Before the formal training, the coach divided our team into four groups through the form of fun grouping. After the team was determined, each team captain was selected. Under the leadership of the captain, everyone worked together to take the team name, want to slogan, and set the team song.
In the process of project development, the team members can complete the activity tasks through cooperation and obtain the points of the competition. These group building activities not only take into account the fun of the activities, but also allow the partners to stimulate the team vitality in a limited time, improve the team effectiveness, the activity site laughter, although everyone sweat constantly but enjoy it.
Through this team building activity, we have gained a deeper understanding of each other and the meaning of teamwork. In our future work, we will continue to uphold the team spirit of unity and cooperation, determination to progress, perseverance, and never giving up, and work together to create new brilliance.
