Hardware Technology for Dynamic Image Recognition (TFDS, TEDS, TVDS)

Industry Pain Points

China High Speed Railway has become one of the golden cards of China's "the Belt and Road" strategy. In recent years, China has continuously put forward new requirements for high-speed rail safety, actively invested a lot of manpower, material resources and funds, and strived to effectively avoid possible safety risks, make ensuring the safety of people's lives the starting point and foothold.

In fact, during the rapid operation of high-speed rail, there are many unpredictable external factors, and the complex operating environment increases the difficulty of safety maintenance. Environmental changes may cause subtle changes in the vehicle body, trunk, connections, bogies, bottom electrical, bolts, etc., which may pose unknown safety hazards. Based on the importance of high-speed rail safety maintenance and high-speed motion characteristics, dynamic, high-speed, real-time, and non-contact detection methods have become the inevitable choice and mainstream method for high-speed rail safety detection.

Technology Program

WPL's PLV module utilizes laser compensation, high-speed camera shooting, gigabit network transmission, and software image processing
Information on deformation, loss, detachment, and heterotopy of key parts of Passenger cars, trucks, high-speed trains, and subways can be achieved
Perform automated image acquisition, error correction, and information processing. The processed data is transmitted to the central control server platform, which can transmit the data to the main control room through 4G or gigabit networks
  • The product design fully considers complex environmental and unexpected factors such as waterproofing, dust prevention, anti fogging, and prevention of accidental contact
  • The system is not affected by external environmental interference and can work stably for a long time, minimizing on-site maintenance frequency and time required
