Product Overview

The laser light source series, also known as the S series, is the core fundamental laser technology product of WPL . The S series mainly consists of the S0 series laser system and the S1 semiconductor laser system, which are widely used in the photovoltaic manufacturing industry.

The S0 series involves various wavelengths such as 405nm, 450nm, 475nm, 520nm, 638nm, 755nm, 808nm, 915nm, 980nm, 1100nm, 1470nm, 1550nm, etc. The power ranges from 100mw-500W. The output laser has a variety of shapes, such as lines, squares, faces, rings, and circles.

The S1 semiconductor laser system is equipped with a fiber coupled semiconductor laser, which can achieve line and surface lasers with different divergence angles. Based on industrial design, the system adopts TEC air-cooled temperature control with a power adjustment accuracy of 0.01A and a temperature control accuracy of 0.01 ℃. It has functions such as over temperature protection. Through the serial communication interface, the output power, temperature control, and other related parameters can be set and modified.
