In order to further implement the requirements of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee's Action Plan to Promote High-quality Talent Development in the Capital in the New Era (2018-2022), Daxing District Party Committee issued the Opinions on Further Strengthening the construction of Young Talent Team and the Measures for Supporting the Training of Outstanding Young Talents in Daxing District.
In April 2019, the Organization Department of Beijing Daxing District Party Committee carried out the first batch of Daxing District excellent young talents application work. A total of 109 enterprises in the new media industry base of Beijing Daxing District submitted the application work. After a series of evaluation procedures such as Daxing District qualification joint examination, expert review and social publicity, they were approved by the main leaders of Beijing Daxing District Party Committee. Xia Minggang and others are recognized as outstanding young talents in Daxing District.
