The 3D integrated laser light source has the characteristics of good spot uniformity and high reliability, and can achieve 100-4000mm.

The 3D laser measurement system can work outdoors for a long time, with a protection level of IP65, a working distance of 500-2000mm (customizable), a camera capture frame rate of 300fps, and a spot width of less than 1mm@500mm / 1.5mm@2000mm The triangulation angle can be customized, and multiple user specified sensors can be built-in. At the same time, multiple focal length camera lenses can be selected.
The 2D laser imaging system achieves coplanarity by adjusting the output plane of the laser and the phase plane captured by the visual camera exposure, in order to achieve laser illumination at different working distances. The adjustment method is simple and convenient, and the fixing method is firm and tight; The box body is divided into two parts: upper and lower. After opening the upper cover, the lens output plane can be directly adjusted for easy fine adjustment and maintenance; Overall waterproof and dustproof, firmly sealed, able to work in harsh environments for a long time, with high reliability.
