On March 17, 2021, the China (Shanghai) Machine Vision Exhibition and Machine Vision Technology and Industrial Application Seminar, organized by the Machine Vision Industry Alliance (CMVU) and organized by Munich Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The China (Shanghai) Machine Vision Exhibition gathered 215 exhibitors, with a total of 79453 visitors during the three-day exhibition period.
WPL embedded 3D structured light source components, 3D structured light module series products, PL module series and other products have appeared at this exhibition.
The PL module is an integrated imaging module independently developed and produced by WPL for photovoltaic photoluminescence defect detection. Its principle is to use a intact silicon structure to generate near-infrared fluorescence induced by laser, and capture fluorescence imaging through a near-infrared photosensitive camera.
Embedded 3D structured light source component with multiple power and structure options, high power and small size for integrated design and installation. It can provide high stability driving control circuits and support high repetition frequency output of the light source.
The 3D structured light module series products package and design the structured light laser head and driver control according to the application scenario, providing multiple control methods and electrical interfaces, high stability, and suitable for various harsh environments.
