The SNEC Photovoltaic Conference and Exhibition (Shanghai) was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from August 8th to 10th, 2020. It is the most influential international, professional, and large-scale photovoltaic event in the world. The exhibition includes photovoltaic equipment, materials, photovoltaic cells, photovoltaic application products and components, as well as photovoltaic engineering and systems, covering all aspects of the photovoltaic industry chain.
At this exhibition, new products such as LPI modules, OS imaging modules, and original silicon wafer PL lasers independently developed by WPL were unveiled, attracting the attention and consultation of a large number of new and old customers. The raw silicon wafer PL laser independently developed and produced by WPL is mainly used for high-power semiconductor lasers for defect detection in the material section of photovoltaic original silicon wafers. The principle is to use the intact silicon structure to generate near-infrared fluorescence imaging induced by laser, and detect defects such as hidden cracks, black spots, and concentric circles inside the silicon wafer through changes in light intensity.
The LPI module is mainly used as an integrated imaging module for photovoltaic photoluminescence defect detection, which can achieve one-time imaging of many defect elements such as internal cracks, virtual printing after printing, gate breakage, black spots, and surface dirt scratches on silicon wafers.
OS imaging module is an integrated imaging module used for defect detection in the material section of photovoltaic raw silicon wafers, which can detect defects such as hidden cracks, edge chipping, unfilled corner, and surface dirt on the raw silicon wafers. The accuracy of edge collapse detection using high-resolution cameras can reach 0.2mm.
